59 Minutes With James Hickey will be an experience for all to enjoy. Currently I am sitting infront of a computer screen in College Lit creating this post for all to enjoy. If left on the earth with one book of my choice I would choose Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. This is because if left alone to bring the back the earth from nothing but a book this would be my bible of choice to create a new society to replace the other one.
I am satisfied as a person if I have three things. One of which is a Backpack, the other a water bottle and a bicycle. I do enjoy doing many things in life such as but not limited to: Coloring, hiking, biking, playing soccer, skiing, reading, and lighting.

Wow James this is some deep stuff. I'm impressed. I also like Harry Potter, but why would that be your book of choice to build a new society on? Just because of it's awesomeness? Either way it's pretty cool I guess.

Hello Autumn thank you for your comment. I would use it to build a society on because of the values it has in it. Besides Harry Potter being your sterotypical "superhero" the supporting characters are fantastic.
so here's the thing in front is two words. I agree that the Deathly Hallows is a fantastic book but I would definitely not build a society from it. If that were the case, we would have a society filled with evil and good wizards in a constant struggle for power. It is true that our society today is the same except for the wizard part. I can't be certain about that because wizards might exist in secret. All questions aside, I believe it would be safe to say that the world is a better place without Lord Voldemort in it. End Post

ReplyDeleteJust because Lord Voldemort and all his horcruxes are dead it is very likely that after a period of time another such dangerous wizard would rise up to take his place. Besides what you both fail to consider is how the mere muggles figure into the equation, for as part of the Internal Affairs of Muggles, I have studied that if you were to base an entire society around wizardry alone the muggles would have a massive mental breadown.
